Police handcuff man in Mifflinburg

Vincent Yonai is handcuffed by Mifflinburg Police during the Mifflinburg Pride Event. Yonai used yellow caution tape to block access to the sidewalk near his house on Chestnut Street. When a pedestrian used the sidewalk Yonai went after him with a metal bat.
