Mifflinburg Pride Event

Mifflinburg, PA (July 26, 2020) -- Demonstrators at the Mifflinburg Pride Event lined both sides of Chestnut Street from First Street to Seventh Street. The demonstration was was organized in response to a sign posted on the door of a Mifflinburg area grocery store which listed 24 points about coronavirus including one which blamed LGBTQ people for spreading the disease. The event was co-sponsored by the I Am Alliance, Green New Deal Lewisburg, 'If Not Us, Then Who?', Susquehanna Valley Ethical Society, and Mifflinburg Against Hate and Racism.
