About 100 people gathered for a Black Lives Matter rally at the police station in Milton, Pennsylvania on September 20, 2020. The demonstration was organized by 'If Not Us, Then Who?' to announce its demands of the police which included banning chokeholds, de-escalation, and comprehensive reporting when police use or threaten to use force.
