Weaver Photography is looking for a couple that has a story to tell.  Write to us and let us know why this special couple deserves free wedding photography.  Tell us the story.  Has the couple overcome a hardship?  Are they currently facing one?  Do they give back to their community?  Are they just great people? 

The deserving couple will get in return for their story:

• Up to seven hours of wedding coverage
• Preview images posted online for 45 days
  
• Wedding images on DVD
• A personal-use license for wedding images
• A free engagement session

The Guidelines:

• Submit a written story by email describing why you feel the couple deserves free wedding coverage from Weaver Photography. (This can be submitted by the couple, friends of the couple, or relatives of the couple.)
• The wedding must take place on a date between January 1, 2011 and December 31, 2011. 
  
• The wedding date must be open on our calendar.  We will notify you immediately if your date is not available.
• The wedding must take place within sixty (60) miles of Mifflinburg, Pennsylvania.
  
• Your submission must be true.
• All submissions must include a photo of the couple for use when Weaver Photography announces the winner.
• The couple must sign a contract with Weaver Photography which states that we are the exclusive wedding photographer for the event, allows us to use images from the wedding on our website and in our advertising, and releases us from any liability.
• This prize in non-transferable and must be used on the date specified in your submission.
  

Include in your submission:

• The first and last names of the bride and groom.
  
• Contact information for both of them (address, phone, email, etc).
• Your contact info (if different from the bride and groom).
  
• Their story (How the couple met, got engaged, and why they deserve free wedding photography)
• The wedding date and location (We at least need to know the city/town where the wedding will take place.)
• A digital photo of the couple measuring at least 900 pixels on its longest side. (The image is only for use in announcing the finalists and winners, and not in the judging of the contest.).
  
• All submission must be received by 11:59 pm EDT on November 1, 2010.
• The final three deserving couples will be announced on the WeaverPhoto.com  blog on November 8, 2010 by midnight.
• The final couple will be announced and contacted by November 15, 2010!
